Information about DaLat Palace Golf Club
Dalat Palace Golf Club is like a film recording the country's historical events as it is associated with the ups and downs of Vietnam during the reign of King Bao Dai. Since the 1920s, the project to build a Da Lat golf course began. In the early 1930s, King Bao Dai, after moving to France, decided to build his own golf course in Da Lat.
At first, Dalat Palace Golf Course was designed with 6 holes and was only used to serve the needs of the king and the court's foreign affairs purposes. Until 1945, the golf course was abandoned.
Later, a Scottish architect designed and turned this place into a 9-hole Cu Course with a fully equipped clubhouse famous in Southeast Asia. Currently, Cu Hill has been upgraded to an 18-hole golf course according to international standards, covered with the best American Bent grass specialized for golf courses, helping the balls roll faster.

Origin of the name DaLat Palace Golf (Doi Cu Golf )
Previously, people called this place Doi Cu Golf Course. Since the 1900s, an architect named Lagisquet has zoned the Cu Hill area as an untouchable place. To create an extremely airy and romantic space for Da Lat. The name Cu Hill sounds strange and the people here do not know the reason why it has such a name. Some people say that looking down from above, the hills undulate like sheep's backs, so they call them tickling hills. Some people say that because people go to the hill to play golf or play Cu, it is called Cu hill.
Doi Cu Golf Course (Da Lat Palace Golf Club) was built with the purpose of being an ideal resting place to play golf and mingle with nature. It is a lush green space of vast lawns and pine forests. A bit of golden sunshine and a gentle breeze are enough to make visitors feel light in their souls. Doi Cu Golf Course has witnessed many ups and downs in history. A project that is not only a place of entertainment but also a source of pride for many generations of people in Da Lat.
